[Labs-l] Outage of non tools instances

Unfortunatelly I do use it on wm-bot to store IRC logs and also
postgre server uses it :/

Is it going to be necessary to reboot the instance? wm-bot is likely
holding IRC logs for last 2 days in operating memory just waiting for
storage to come online so that it can store it.
