That is not 100% accurate, one user on IRC had its database renamed, all
others with "username"_"db" were given extra grants to continue using them,
at least temporally. New databases should be created with 2 underscores, as
documented [0], or the creation may fail.
Just wanted to clarify that we try to maintain backwards compatibility as
much as possible.
Merlijn, I think this is an old report. There were corruption issues with
some of the tables of this particular user that I think were already fully
attended some time ago.
