Sorry, restarting webservices should not be the job of developers on
Toollabs. Especially if we have bigbrotherrc's in the project.
Some Wikipedias had no OSM-maps for hours, because I had better things
to do than to check daily if all my projects running.

Is there a way that admins could check this after a shut-down?
