It ended up being 12 million jobs, actually...

We've been unable to recover the jobs db, so are doing a clean
restart. This process should take about 20-30min. Crons will start
running again, and so will webservices. Continuous jobs will not be
brought back up, however - if you had a .bigbrotherrc file, I will use
that to start your jobs back up. Outside of that, all jobs will be
