Assuming you meant "eqiad", that's just the name of the datacenter that
labs is in. The code for the header is called dynamicproxy aka YuviProxy.

Can you expand on how this is causing problems for you? In the past I've
used this header to figure out whether a request was going through the
proxy or not...
