[Labs-l] dead queues/hung jobs

There are multiple queues that are dead or in an error state.  I have jobs
listed on the queue machines and I'm unable to delete them.  Therefore, I
can't submit those same jobs as the queue thinks they are already running.

Could one of the holy admins perform a resurrection on some of the queues?
