[Labs-l] labs down?

Every time Tool Labs/NFS goes down, sample requests to my tool 
<https://tools.wmflabs.org/translatemplate/>'s GUI and API fail and I 
have to restart uwsgi. Not by coincidence, I guess.
This time I have left it that way so you can debug if needed. Thank you.
