[Labs-l] gerrit access

[Hong, Yongmin]

For gerrit, you should do "git review -s" for initial setup, and then "git
review" to push it on gerrit. And then you do +2 on gerrit. (self-reviewing
is discouraged, iirc) And after then your change is merged into the
repository.
