[Labs-l] Minor NFS outage, everything back up now

Hello!

There was an NFS outage for about 10 minutes (20:55 - 21:05 UTC),
caused by a process using NFS intensely. This was dealt with, the
maintainers found and the pressure relieved, and NFS is back again to
normal.

As a reminder, please use /data/scratch if you are doing *intense*
processing requiring file IO that can not live on local disk (/srv).
If you think you might be doing intense IO, please inform us privately
or via the list.

I've filed a bug https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T95766 to discuss
potential ways to mitigate this issue.
