[Labs-l] files missing from page table at commonswiki_p / commonswiki.labsdb

Probably related: Someone pointed out to me on Wednesday (the 1st of
October) that commons' replica page table has this entry:

Yet if you browse to
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:TheLion_KingMusical.svg.png you see
it was deleted on the 21st of September.
