"Non-notable" is not a reason for *speedy* deletion on enwiki. But no
"credible claim of significance or importance" is a reason for speedy
deletion for certain topic areas.[1]

Although Indian actors and Albanian football players should pass that very
low bar to avoid *speedy* deletion.
