[Labs-l] Lag sending mail from fab.wmflabs.org via mchenry

Heja,

the Phabricator test instance on fab.wmflabs.org has quite some lag
(several days) for me sending notification emails about ticket changes.

I guess I need some help tracking down the problem somewhere between
mchenry and fab2.eqiad.wmflabs (especially if it's just PEBKAC).
