[Labs-l] User_properties table not replicated?

Hello;

I had some scripts that generated charts about gender gap.[1] Now, while
migrating to Labs, I have seen that the table 'user_properties' is missing.

I guess that it has been excluded in the replication schema. Perhaps for
privacy? Where was this discussed?

It keeps public throught API.[2] I would like to use the gender info for
statistics, so please, tell me if it is going to be replicated or not.
