[Labs-l] Tool Labs migration instructions

Hi all,

I missed this email initially and am sort of playing catch-up here. I'm
trying to migrate the enwp10 tool, but I keep getting "sudo: sorry, a
password is required to run sudo" errors, now even when I just try to
become the tool (as well as when trying to migrate it from my account).

Looking at http://tools.wmflabs.org/?list, I am not listed as a maintainer
of the tool anymore, although I *am* in Wikitech. [1]

Any thoughts?
