Hi,
You need to do `webservice start` in eqiad - as long as public_html
doesn't exist in pmtpa (if you've used the migration scripts it wont).
Once the webserver your url under tools.wmflabs.org should work (it's a
proxy to tools-eqiad for the next few weeks).
Check the web service is running with `webservice status`.
