[Labs-l] Tool Labs migration instructions

[Alchimista]

/shared/pywikipedia/ is not present on equiad right now, is there any
estimation when will it be also on equiad? In order to do not breack
things, it could be present in both infrastuctures, at least until the
end of the migration.
