I counted the revisions from revision table with rev_user=0,  
rev_timestamp>=201405 and rev_user_text with ":" and without ":". The  
percentage of anonymous edits using IPv6 at de.wikipedia is 4.5%, at  
en.wikipedia 3.7%.
