I Just created a workaround for this issue as explained in
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48875

A sample database is currently available on host
enwiki.labsdb   as    u3710__enwiki_optimizer_p
with 1,000 entries per table.

If you need to create your own one, you can use the following script:

A sample output of the script is available under:

Maybe it would be an idea to create such a database at least for
the "big" ones (enwiki, dewiki, commonswiki, wikidatawiki) on a per-admin
basis with more data in it, so that you can check in deep even specific
cases or
results.
