[Labs-l] IMPORTANT: hotlinking of images on wikitech

Hello all,

It has come to our attention last night that some tools (including at
least geohack) hotlink to images on wikitech.  The problem this causes
is that, as a bit of technical infrastructure, that web server really
doesn't scale to the level necessary to serve requests at the scale of
our projects, so that the influx of requests may end up doing an
inadvertent DDOS of wikitech (as it did last night!)

Please make sure that any content you serve to your users is done by
your tool and not hotlinked from another non-project site.
