It would also be nice to know what assumptions the script makes when
trying to connect to the instances.
>From within labs I get just timeout errors contacting bastion, from
outside labs the script (or fabric) complains that it cannot find an
id_rsa file (of course that does not exist und der that particular
name, I have dozens of private keys).
