As I mentioned before I'm keeping a robotic eye on the index of tools;
I may send an occasional note about stuff I'm noticing if folks find
it useful (or delegate it ;-). Here are some recently published ones.

Inkowik:
http://tools.wmflabs.org/inkowik/bot_statistics.php - Shows a list of
bots on a project with some other information such like edit count,
registration date and edit frequency.

http://tools.wmflabs.org/inkowik/category_redirects.php - A tool to
find redirecting category description pages with their number of
entries.

http://tools.wmflabs.org/inkowik/contributors.php - Creates a list of
contributors to a given article on a given project in wikitext.

http://tools.wmflabs.org/inkowik/useless_protections.php - Shows a
list of pages with ineffective protection levels.

Magnus Manske:
http://tools.wmflabs.org/catscan2/reverse_tree.php - This tool can
tell you all the categories your page or file is in, all the way down
to the turtles...
