[Labs-l] Heads up: Labs DB replicas to restart @ 2014-12-04 01:00:00

At 2014-12-04 01:00:00 UTC we plan to restart the labs DB replica
instances, one by one, in order to upgrade to MariaDB 10.0.15. Expected
downtime is less than one hour.

This is related to the recent replication consistency issues. MariaDB
10.0.15 includes the fix for https://tokutek.atlassian.net/browse/DB-739
