[Labs-l] Upgrading labs db replicas to MariaDB 10

Ever since the upgrade the DBs are incredibly slow.  I can take a nap before my edit counter spits out results.  Did indices get lost?  The edit counter reloads normally if refreshed shorty after, but if you wait a while, it takes forever again.

Labsdb1001 / enwiki.labsdb is migrated to MariaDB 10.

No real caveats to mention this time. User data was migrated without apparent issue, but we still have backups so shout if anything seems wrong.

The commonswiki_f_p and wikidatawiki_f_p databases no longer exist. Use the normal _p versions.
