[Labs-l] enwiki replication stopped

While TLC is being given, any chance of providing indexed tables of revision and archive where rev_user and ar_user turn out results as fast as rev_user_text and ar_user_text does? They are a bit slow at the moment, and can cause load times for the edit counter to hit 2 digits for someone with <100,000 edits.
