[Labs-l] Discussion needed: Technically feasible, legally okay... but want tools do we want?

Hmm, I read Lydias response as that we should continue to gather the data
we do today, and then enforce a policy on how that could be used and not
make any changes in what is stored.

If that was not the case, please disregard my last mail.
