[Labs-l] Access to tools-db for non-tools?

I didn't know Tool Labs had database visibility using "_p" like the
Toolserver, so thanks for mentioning that Magnus!  I'll make a note to
change SuggestBot's inlink count databases and document it in case they're
useful for others.

But yes, the problem here is that there doesn't seem to be a locally
accessible database for non-tool accounts.  I'm not sure how often I'll be
having situations where I need it, but I thought I'd bring it up as it
might be something others need too.
