Webserver (tools.wmflabs.org) went down about 10:45 pm PDT Oct 09. (6:45
UTC Oct 10)
It is currently showing a Error 500 for all pages except the homepage..

Getting onto tools-login was a joy with 1/2 dozen python scripts running.
