[Labs-l] Naming of the two Tool Labs projects

This is a great idea. I've just read Silke's post on Wikimedia's blog
and the simple fact that an explanation is required for people to
understand what the difference between “Tools” and “Bots” is should be
a sufficient reason to fix the naming. IMHO, tools /
tools-experimental is pretty clear, whereas the current naming is not.
