[Labs-l] Dumps project storage

Please raise dumps project storage at 500 GB, ideally 1000: the datasets 
handled here are often huge (think of the several TB of pageviews data) 
and it's very inconvenient to split all tasks in several passages.
It's fine if /home partitions are reduced as compensation; 
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/40742 made /data/project very hard to 
use, so it's mostly empty right now, but some more space would make more 
projects possible on it.
