[Labs-l] puppet doc now generated by Jenkins

Hello,

The puppet doc  https://doc.wikimedia.org/puppet/ used to be generated
by puppet itself.  Following a discussion with Andrew last week, I have
migrated it to a Jenkins job.

The puppet change is https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/53958/

The Jenkins job is 'operations-puppet-doc' which you can find under the
'Operations' view of Jenkins:

 https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/view/Operations/

Whenever a change is merged in operations/puppet.git, Jenkins will
kindly refresh the published puppet source code and rebuild the whole
documentation.
