[Labs-l] removing bots-sql3

Hello,

today I moved all db's from sql3 to bsql01 - the server is now down. I
will keep it down until next week, and if no one would have problem
with that, I will delete it.

In this moment it seemed pretty unused. Lot of huge unused db's and 0
connections in many days, so I guess removing this server shouldn't be
problem.

Let me know if you are still using or in case you wanted to use it.
