[Labs-l] [tools] New version of take

Hi,

Since there were some issues and requests related to take utility, I
created new, better version :) licensed under GPL
@https://github.com/benapetr/take

Improvements:

* More secure (doesn't follow symlinks by default and have extra
security checks)
* More descriptive (support --verbose)
* Follow GNU standards for parameters (you can take -- -blah in order
to take -blah)
* Support -h (--help)
* Support overtaking of group as well (--group)

I will deploy it to beta soonish where we can test it and if there is
no issue, we can replace the current version we use
