[Labs-l] beta: MediaWiki code update is now in Jenkins

Hello,

The MediaWiki core and extensions code used to be updated with a looping
shell script running on the bastion. That made it hard to monitor
whether it was working properly.

I today migrated this to a Jenkins job which would let anyone easily
verify if something is wrong. The job is named 'beta-code-update':

 https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/view/Beta/job/beta-code-update/

I have updated the related documentation on:
  https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Beta/How_code_is_updated

And included the job on the Continuous Integration dashboard which
already list the other beta related Jenkins jobs:
