[Labs-l] New project request: watchlist groups demo

Hi Labs managers,

I'd like to start a new Labs project to demonstrate a prototype feature I
developed for Google Summer of Code on MediaWiki. It improves the watchlist
feature by adding grouping, permissions, and other experimental add-ons. My
original  proposal for the project is available here:
