[Labs-l] security rule not applied

Hello,

In the `integration` project, I tried adding a new security rule to the
existing default security group to allow tcp port 443.

Despite rebooting the instance, there is no traffic flowing in :/  I
know we can not add a new security group due to some limitation but what
about new security rule ?
