[Labs-l] Labs back up, all instances, except for some on virt3 up

Well, which instances are down? Some I've kept down on purpose, since
virt3 is down two dimms of ram.
As mentioned before, if there's a specific instance down that you need
help with, tell me about it.
I don't know what's wrong with hugglewa-w1. It boots, gets an ip via
dhcp, but fails to network properly. Is there any way we can
delete/recreate it? I can save any needed data off of it before we do
so.
