[Labs-l] Track your changes, just do that

Hi,

There is a bunch of users in deployment-prep, and even more changes
happening there, however no one track the changes.

There is a new wiki - who created it

It has broken db which wasn't properly created - why

Site is broken, sul doesn't work - why

Memcached can't be accessed by any apache - why


Can you please start logging your changes? There is a log bot in
#wikimedia-labs it's pretty hard to keep the site up when dozen of people
change stuff without leaving a note.
