 When mw admins on #mediawiki ask about help with spam on their wikis
(wikis they installed),
i usually recommend to use ConfirmEdit (
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ConfirmEdit) and within that
framework
extension then use "Asirra" as the actual captcha. Asirrra is the Microsoft
"cats or dogs" captcha.
