[Labs-l] please give Labs account creation powers to a few other folks

I'm ill and won't be at the Wikimania hackathon till late tomorrow.
Participants will need new Labs/Git accounts.  Can you give account
creation powers to Labs users Paulproteus and Varnent and Aude so they
can create accounts for the new users?
