[Labs-l] EU based admins

Hi it would be really cool if there could be some labs admins who can be
reached in EU time.

Is it so complicated to promoted someone to that function who is available
in europe? Like apergos or someone from wmf ops? Or either get someone from
community who could handle that? There are so many volunteers...

I often need someone with higher permissions to sort out something I can't
do myself, and I usually have to wait whole day for someone to wake up,
which makes things pretty hard sometimes.
