Your user is not sudoer on bots-1 because bots-1 is one of worst instances
we have and people are discouraged from using it - as you can read in docs

on other bots-N instances you are sudoer. On bots-nrN instances you
aren't but each of them contains /mnt/share - local storage for anything.
