[Labs-announce] Reminder: Ubuntu Precise instances will be shut down at the end of this month

There are now 16 days remaining until the Ubuntu Precise deadline. 
After that all remaining Labs VMs running Precise will be deleted.

Now that we've cleaned up Precise on tools, the complete list of 
remaining instances is:

analytics: limn1
bots: wm-bot
huggle: huggle
integration: integration-slave-precise-1002
integration: integration-slave-precise-1012
integration: integration-slave-precise-1011
maps: maps-warper
openstack: labs-vmbuilder-precise
wildcat: dannyb
