[Labs-announce] NFS /public/dumps down today for maintenance

I am going to be doing some maintenance on the filesystem that powers the
/public/dumps/ NFS share available on many Labs VM's.  I'm not sure how
long the maintenance will take due to the size of the filesystem.  I plan
to have things returned to status quo within a few hours.

This will not affect other NFS resources.
