[Labs-announce] Updating local puppet-masters

​Hi,
​If you run a local puppet master, please make sure to update your local
puppet repository [1]. As outlined in
https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikitech-l/2015-June/082206.html NTP
will be disabled over the period of ​the upcoming leap second. This change
has been made in the production puppet repository this morning [2].
