[Labs-announce] rolling reboots of labs instances

In order to allow for kernel upgrades, over the next few weeks I will be 
rebooting all the Labs virtualization hardware, one server at a time.

Some of the later reboots may be moved up to earlier days, depending on 
staff availability.  Regardless, each upcoming reboot will be announced 
on this list before it happens, starting with the very next email that 
you're about to get.
