[Labs-announce] [MAINTENANCE] tools-db configuration update

Hello all,

There will be a maintenance window during which the Labs' user databases
(a.k.a. tools-db) will be briefly unavailable while its configuration is
being updated.

The maintenance window starts Thursday, April 16th at 2h UTC and is
planned for an hour.  At some point during the window, tools-db will be
briefly unavailable while it is being restarted and its binary logs are
converted.

This maintenance is the first step to turning on database replication
and unifying the configuration of tools-db to bring it in line with the
other replicas.  No user data will be impacted by the update.
