** Proposed goal: get some app servers and video schedulers on Stretch/php7

* Next quarter puppet 4 goal for next quarter.   Keith and Giuseppe will 
work on it.

* Contract signed for caching center in Singapore

* Renewed questions about WMCS vs. Jessie.  I said we're blocked for 
want of packages, and Faidon said he might have some contacts for me.

* No Ops offsite this calendar year

* added default site.pp entries for some labnet hosts

* silenced misc. labtest icinga alerts

* responded to a vague monitoring question from 'oncall-pokemon' who 
seems to not be a troll despite the weird name

* nagged a million people about a million hosts with broken puppet
