[Labs-admin] Ops Meeting 6/7/17

Seriously though, I couldn't remember the shortcuts output tfor he getting
started thing from the bot and I don't think I could add new material to
the mechanism.  Small deal.  I intended to setup up a phab dashboard for
this so I wouldn't miss tickets but forgot until too late.  I think I made
one for ops clinic duty way back when, or maybe robh did but it was usually
useful.

Several others on this list (and not) were active in still helping people
and that was a relief as I had a weird week, not that I didn't expect it
but I like that it's a point or cover the crevices role rather than a "this
is the person doing user support" role.

Overall I think I left tickets in not much of a better state, but one thing
I think this role can/shoudl pick up is reviewing the pending asks for
projects and quota.  I tried to at least pay attention to them and it was
mostly natural to be the one to add them to the meeting.
