[Labs-admin] Ops Meeting 2017-04-03

Today is the first day for the new Network Engineer on the Traffic team.
The new Ops goals are 'Perform a datacenter switchover ', 'Prepare to serve
applications from Kubernetes', and 'Swift technical debt'.  I need to
follow up with Jaime and Alex about refresh for labsdb1006 and 1007.

Otherwise, we are officially Cloud Services in the sheet and goals are now
not reported in detail in the main meeting.
