[Gendergap] Ada Lovelace Award

Hi everyone,

I put together an award titled the *Ada Lovelace Award* for those who make
significant contributions to Wikipedia related to women and technology. Feel
free to tweak it (I am not a designer!).

I also hope people will translate it and use it in their own projects :)
